  3.     COUNT! is a Network License Management Utility for Windows 
  4.     programs.  It enables you to abide to "simultaeous use" licenses 
  5.     in a network environment

  7.     This disk contains Count! Network License Management Software, and 
  8.     utilities.  The Count!.exe program launches applications, meters 
  9.     licenses, etc.  The CountAdm.exe program is used by Network 
  10.     Administrators to install, setup, and monitor the use of 
  11.     applications.

  13.     For a quick idea of whether COUNT! will meet your needs, use 
  14.     CountAdm to meter several test applications (using stub files).
  15.     CountAdm's HELP system will take you through all the steps.

  17.     The Count!.txt file completely describes the use of the software,

  20.     COUNT! is copyrighted shareware.  You are free to evaluate the 
  21.     software for 30 days to determine its suitability to your needs.
